Marunouchi is one of Tokyo's top shopping centers, and there are many luxurious hotels that dot the area, and within Tokyo Station itself. Marunouchi is to East side of Tokyo and especially convenient for visiting nearby Ginza, the Imperial Palace, and Akihabara.
It doesn't get too much more luxurious than the Peninsula Hotel. Top-service, well appointed rooms and a great location make the Tokyo Peninsula a great place to stay.

The Marunouchi Hotel offers great service, sizable rooms and is only a minute from Tokyo Station.

Budget Hotels don't exist in Marunouchi area proper, however east of Tokyo Station, in the Yaesu area, one might find some cheaper lodgings.
